I’ve been weight training myself for over a decade and have had to overcome a lot of obstacles. I have recovered from a spine injury and I still continue to lift heavy weights and for the most part a pain-free life. My core beliefs for training my clients are to build correct movement patterns and to educate because knowledge lasts for a lifetime.

As a former professional dancer with over 20 years of training, I bring a unique blend of artistry and science to your fitness journey. Specialising in flexibility and strength training, I am dedicated to helping you unlock your body’s full potential. All of my clients will receive full training programs and nutritional advice.
 
Living with PCOS and battling a liver condition has taught me resilience and determination. Despite the challenges they present, I refuse to let them define my fitness journey. Instead, they have fueled my commitment to empowering others to overcome obstacles and strive for greatness.
 
With me as your coach, you can expect unwavering support, expert guidance, and a contagious enthusiasm for health and fitness. Whether you’re aiming to enhance your flexibility, build strength or increase your body confidence, I am here to guide and support you every step of the way.
